A rebate of $1500 is available to customers who participate in the Northwest ductless heat pump pilot project. The Northwest pilot project includes residents of Vancouver, Washington as well as all of Clark County Washington. The project targets home currently heated with cable ceiling heat, baseboard or wall heaters. NW Ductless Heat Pump Pilot Project: we're participating in a new energy-efficiency pilot program for homeowners who currently heat their home with cable ceiling heat, baseboard or wall heaters, and offering a $1500 rebate to help pay for an upgrade.

Customers who have outdated cable ceiling heat, baseboard or wall heaters are likely using more energy than is needed to heat their home. We're helping qualified customers upgrade to a ductless heating and cooling system that uses a fraction of the electricity and provides more comfort than outdated systems.

Eligible homeowners will receive the rebate when they install a system. A typical system can cost from $4000 to $6000, so a $1500 rebate is a considerable savings!

In order to qualify your home must have the following characteristics:

Using cable ceiling heat, electric baseboard or wall units as a primary source of heat.

There isn't a natural gas line running to the home.

You have occupied the home for at least a year.
